Picking Up Where I left Off

20 Feb

I have been so busy with school and working on the jewelry line that I have not had much time for knitting. So, this morning I picked up the bias blanket that I have been working on for what seems like forever!

I am going to try to get this done soon, but there is another item on the horizon. I went to the library and picked up a book.

Inside this book I found the most magnificent scarf, and I can’t wait to order the yarn and get started! It’s called the Drop-Stitch Cable Scarf.

I love working on more than one project because it breaks up the monotony. Especially with the bias blanket which just used the knit and purl stitch…not much excitement there!

As soon as the yarn comes in I will post pics, and do project updates.

Have you found a project that just calls your name, and makes you want to stop every other project?

Peace and blessings,
Michelle

@Yolonda I am definitely doing it in red! That is my favorite color. I love the way it pops! :-)

I can’t wait to see the shawl when it’s done. I am sure your grandmother will love it…not only because it will be fabulous, but because you made it for her!
